Nissan 350 z

 Nissan 350z is a 2 door Japanese sports car which was manufactured in 2002 by nissan motor corporation. The body style of this car is 2 door coupe.  It has front mid engine with rear wheel drive. Nissan 350z as a 3500cc v6 engine which comes with 2 types of transmissions. 6 speed manual transmission and a 5 speed automatic transmission. 

The wheelbase of this car is 2649mm . The lenght of this car was 4303mm in 2003 model which later in 2006 increased to 4314mm. The height of this car was 51.9 inches in 2003 while in 2006 the height was increased  to 52.1

Models:

• coupe (pre facelift)    was released in 2002 in japan. This coupe was available in 5 trims base, Enthusiasts, performance, touring and track. The base model did not had traction control and was only available in fabric seats. It also did not had cruise control not heated seats. The enthusiasts model had traction control in it and also cruise control. The Performance model had brembo braking system with big 18 inch wheels. The touring model was having luxury features such as leather seats with heating option , xenon headlamps as well as GPS navigation system. The Track model had front air dam, rear spoiler, traction control, VLSD and an optional gps navigation system

• Roadster (pre facelift) was released in 2004. This model had electrically retractable soft top roof. This model was launched in 2 trims Enthusiast and touring . Further more in 2005 nissan added a 35th anniversary edition in 6 speed . This special addition came in with very special options as well such as revised pistons and camshaft profiles. These major changes also increased the output of the car with a redline increased to 6400 rpm while the other models had a redline at 6200 rpm only. Further more the horsepower was also increased to 300  which was very fast at  that time 

 

       Fairlady Z TYPE : only 5 units were produced in japan to compete in Super GT series. This                  model was very different from other varaints as this model had modified aerodynamics with a                longer nose and a rear overhang. Fairlady was able to produce 276 horsepower and had a torque              of 268 lb at 4800 rpm  . The fairlady had red heated seats , park break lever, bose sound system              and brembo brakes system in it. Nissan also gave 6 colour options such as diamond black pearl,              white pearl, Blaze red, sunshine yellow and premium silver metallic. It had a fuel tank capacity of         80 liters 

  Nissan 350z was also famous beacuse of the movie The fast and the furious tokyo drift as this car was used by the villain of the movie who was know as drift king. 350Z had an Veilside bodykit in the movie amongst other modifications as well. 

Nissan also promoted the car themselves by releasing a short film known as The run in which they showed nissan 350z doing 200 km per hour in city streets.
