Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII MR

 Mitsubishi Lancer is one of the greatest and most loved cars of Mitsubishi Motors. This model of Mitsubishi Lancer (Evolution VIII) MR is a high-performance sports sedan. The evolution series of this car was awarded the 'car of the year' by sport compact car Magazine and Automobile Magazine in the year 2004. This car was the first production model in Japan to use a lightweight aluminum roof panel. If we talk about the exterior of the car, the outboard faces of the rear-deck spoiler give exceptional look to the car the 'Lancer' and 'Evolution MR' emblems on the trunk use a dark grey finish. Matt-black headlamp and read combination lamp is outstanding beautiful. This car comes into four amazing colors that goes with the exterior rims and accessories with beautiful contrast. Mitsubishi launched this special edition car because of a great success the previous models had in the past. If we talk about this special edition Mitsubishi Lancer MR, it is no doubt built to push performance envelope even further. If we talk about interior of the car which everyone is a great fan of, Interior trim is composed in dull tones to introduce an energetic inside that projects a similar forceful and ultra-execution picture as the exterior. The Memo guiding wheel has matt-black spokes and a dull titanium-finish focus ring that are complementing the dashboard tone. The trim purposes a similar calfskin look texture as the seats to deliver a very much organized interior. Furthermore, the floor-console is decorated with classy steel plate in which ‘Lancer Evolution MR’ is embedded that gives premium look. 

If we talk about engine of the car, it is basically a 2 liter in-line 4 cylinder 16 valve  turbo-charged (intercooler) engine. Which allow this car to produce crazy amount of torque for which it is known for many years ago. By using the lighter silent shafts this time, the engine responsiveness has been improved by miles. Strength is further developed through shape improvement  and support of the cooling water channels, uprating from a 3-ply to 5-ply head gasket. Similarly, by using the aluminum roof panel, the weight of car is reduced to up to 4 kg which technically lowers the center of gravity and it becomes easy to handle the car and increases the performance. Thus, it allows the car to perform at its full capacity considering the fact that it is actually a sedan car but all these functions that are included basically makes the car itself a very interesting one. So far, the car is getting very amazing response from the customers because expectedly, it fulfills the purpose of a sports and family car which can be driven daily or it may also be called as a weekend car (which obviously depends customer to customer).  Moving towards the conclusion, the main reason to launch this special edition car was to revive the legacy of the previous generation Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution series because the older generation got unexpectedly great amount of love from the people who are really into cars and understand the main purpose of car. That is why this new model resembles the previous generations a lot.
